Because we have no control over how our plants are handled once they leave our facility, we do not offer returns or refunds. If you have ordered online and we are out of stock on items, we will refund your credit card.
Order Pick Policy
Orders must be placed by 4:00 p.m. the day before pick up. Please remember once your order has been boxed, it will be on a cart waiting for pick up. In order to provide great customer service and receive quality product it’s very important to pick up your order at the time you have chosen. Choose your pick up time at checkout and please do everything you can to keep your appointment, so that we can continue to provide customer service along with quality flowers.
